I thought it was just me! In an odd way, it has been a relief to find others complaining! I have even left it a month, to see if my feelings mellowed!

From the leaflet, the contact was slow. I had forms sent which were written in the third person, which I think were for internal use.

The " conversation " was appalling, and I have had therapy/counselling many years ago. In one hour of typing you approximate 30 minutes of real conversation, so when you are offered 30 minutes, remember that is only 15 minutes of similar face to face chat, so 7 minutes each then!

This is a great idea done badly. I was astounded that the " counseller" after what is only 15 minutes of " chat" told me what was wrong with me and " closed the sale" with " how does that sound", a phrase beloved of timeshare salespeople everywhere!

By all means, give it a go, but if you come away feeling a little bit empty and dissatisfied or at worst "railroaded" then do not be disheartened. it might not be you, it just might be an inadequate service. I had better results with CBT by reading a book!

Not worth whatever budget it is taking up, but might work for you.
