The receptionist gives medical advice as if she were a qualified medical practitioner, extremely rude when we wanted help with our new born baby, not what I would expect of a family general practitioner, even in this day and age. (This has not been an isolated incident, as a parent I had already left the practice but for a new born it is not as convenient to travel long distances)
