About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a service user),

I was supported by the One Recovery services in High Wycombe as was referred to the family service unit under Lucy. I have been using theses services throughout 2019 and have found their support and help invaluable. I was able to explore my feelings of isolation and what I had lived with under a difficult home environment with my husband. I was able to connect with people who were in similar situations to myself which helped me in building my confidence and finding practical tools to improve my way of thinking and how I felt.

Firstly apologies for the late response I have been on Christmas leave.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give your feedback about your experience of using our family service. It is really great to hear how you feel you have been able to connect with others impacting by their loved one use. It it also encouraging to hear how you have been able to build up your confidence and implement practical tools to improve how you feel.

I will ensure Lucy and team hear your feedback, we are really lucky to have such an experienced and professional team.
