"I wouldn’t go here. "

I had been going there since I was 18, everything was good until something changed, I don’t know what. But I just wouldn’t go here.

Most of the staff are lovely, but unfortunately there are a few that let this service down. I can’t begin to explain how little, worthless and helpless I felt, when being told that they were discharging me, even though they gave me their guarantee that they wouldn’t.

I also wouldn’t go here to get help, I would recommend Samaritans. Don’t use Brickfield’s crisis team. To me it sounds as if they don’t care. Dare I say it, Rude even.

For a health centre who’s ethos and mission statement is ensuring everyone is helped, they have hung me out to dry and failed. Every time I went to an appointment the notes about me were conveniently missing. So I would spend the entire appointment going over my history just for it to get dismissed.

My overall opinion on the Brickfield Centre Epsom is something that I’m not allowed to say on here because of guidelines blah blah. So instead I’m just gonna say “Meh”. There is so much I can say but I know if I did that this review wouldn’t be allowed to be published.

Also I would be very shocked if this review gets published, they only seem to accept the positive reviews and not the ones that say it like it is. So prove me wrong allow this to get uploaded.
