(as a service user),

Had to call NHS 24 on Boxing Day as my husband was unwell (he is 89) and the nurse and his attendant who came were both so kind. Derek had a fantastic ‘bedside manner‘ and he reassured my husband and spent time explaining what he thought was wrong with him. I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write this comment.
