Unfortunately we had to visit A&E on Christmas Eve due to my mum having a facial swelling and a bad reaction to the antibiotics given. We were seen by a nurse and he was absolutely wonderful, he explained everything fully and made us feel at ease. Thank you so much for all your wonderful care.
