I was petrified when I turned up for my colposcopy appointment, consultant Miss Rao was brilliant. She talked me through everything and was brilliant with me a real credit to the NHS. Rachel and Janet was also in the room during my procedure and made it more comfortable for me and calmed my nerves. I could fault the service I received. Thank you all very much!

I am pleased to hear you were given thorough explanations thoroughout your visit and the support from the nursing staff made you feel more calm and comfortable.
