"Great walk in centre "

The walk in centre at byker is brilliant .We attended the QE yesterday they said my daughter was fine and had no water infection. Tonight at Byker seen by a member of staff who was excellent & very thorough, tested Ava and she did actually have a water infection. We got antibiotics straight away. She was also tested her for diabetes, finger prick. Sent her sample off for further testing to the lab and possible referring to the RVI. Thank you & Ava loves her teddy for being brave. X

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback regarding your care at the Molineux walk in centre. We are pleased that our member of staff was able to diagnose your daughter and prescribe her with antibiotics to relieve her symptoms and provide further tests. We have forwarded to the directorate concerned, who will share with the member of staff who attended to your daughter.
