"What a great department "

I would like to thank this department for all the help and support that they have given me over the last few months unlike some other departments in the hospital they are caring and listen to what you have to say and the treatment they give you is second to none the young lady who treated me was amazing caring and supportive and helpful with getting other departments to hurry up I have disc bulge in 3 places in my neck and a trapped nerve and also have degenerative disc disease to I wasnt getting on well with appointments from other departments and she would push for me to get seen and as soon as the treatment she was giving me began to become painful she would stop and waite without me asking her to stop she made me feel at ease to if the hospital handed out awards to staff she should be top of the list I wish all staff where as caring and supportive as she is .now getting the help from other departments in the hospital thanks to this young lady thank you so much
