"Amazing from start to finish"

Refered after visiting County Hospital (and sitting in their a&e department for what seemed like forever, due to having no consultants on shift!) to the surgical ward at Stoke. Within 48 hours, I’d been assessed, admitted to ward 104/105, operated on and returned home! All the staff were absolutely amazing, had the time, patience, compassion and understanding that was needed to help me through what was quite frankly, a scary time!

I’d like to say a massive thank you to the ward, and the team in the operating theatre - before, during and in recovery - who showed genuine compassion and amazing levels of care. Thank you!
