And the day nursing & caring staff were also extremely excellent. Poor night bank carers, rude and impatient one left me without my call bell & I had to use my Mb phone to call the ward ( I was in a single room ). The other night bank carer complained I had my bowls opened, also complained that had to bend to put my anti slip socks on as had a bad back.Catering staff were ok but food was awful, my family brought me food. Cleaners only came once or twice a day, but the check list in the bathroom asked for 3 times a day.
