I am writing on behalf of my husband who came into the Day Case Unit this week. He was there for dental extractions. He is needle phobic and his anxiety levels were very high when he came in. He was in the care of Marg & Gideon, they were lovely and tried to reassure him as best they could. I stayed with him until he went down to theatre and I thank you all for allowing this for my husband’s sake and mine. The anaesthetist was very helpful and gave him something to help calm him down before his op. The dental surgeon was clear and helpful too. My husband had his procedure and   received very good after care from Marg and Gideon, making sure he was ok. The staff on this ward seem really run off their feet and busy, busy, busy but they all do this to the very vest of their abilities. Well done to each and every one of you and thank you for your care.
