Children's Physiotherapy

My son has recieved excellent care under Children's Physiotherapy at Kingsmill hospital having been open to them for a number of years. Until recently when he was discharged without notice, instructions stating to get referred again through our GP.

The first letter we received was a discharge letter, no invite for an appointment like normal.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am pleased your son received excellent care under Children's Physiotherapy.

In order to investigate and hopefully help to resolve your concerns about your son's discharge, I would be grateful if you could please contact the Patient Experience Team on 01623 672222 or email sfh-tr.pet@nhs.net as soon as you are able. The Patient Experience Office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

I did contact PALS on receiving the discharge in mid December via email but have yet to gain a reply
