"Great patient care once again"

I was booked to have a CT scan today and being a person with severe anxiety and panic issues, this was a very big deal for me. I had undergone a heart ct a year ago at a different location and it was an extremely traumatic event for me, so was not looking forward to today at all. I was pleasantly surprised when every staff member did their best to pacify me and make me feel at complete ease. I was talked through every step, and made to feel safe and not alone. The procedure was quick and painless and 100 times better than my prior ct experience. I am forever grateful to all the staff for taking my mental health into consideration and making today a great day for me.Hartlepool hospital has always been a wonderful caring experience for me no matter what it is I'm being seen for. I Have been going since 2003,except when sent elsewhere for certain tests. Hartlepool Hospital is always my first choice where available and I'm even willing to wait if possible just to get the top notch care I always receive there. Thanks again to everyone who has made today a successful visit for me.
