"Awful practice "

-You can never get an appointment, even when it is urgent.

-Staff leaving because manager won't let them progress, consequently losing great staff.

-Great GP's have left or retired and they have not been replaced with someone matching the same calibre.

-Receptionists come and go, there is no consistency.

-You can never get through to the surgery on the phone, you wait in a really long queue.

-There are hardly ever any appointments to book online, this service may as well be obsolete.

-Would not recommend at all.
