"Living with Fibromyalgia"

I have fibromyalgia and I have been under the pain clinic for some months. I went to occupational therapy in Lincoln, but I now travel to Boston. I feel it's important to meet up with others in a group, regarding fibromyalgia as support is vital and you can share strategies and empathy.

Having expert advice from an occupational therapist is important and as everyone is different receive specific  information and treatment. I have other health conditions along with fibromyalgia and need specific support. It helps me to cope with my conditions.

I think sessions need to be longer and more frequent. We can only deal with conditions when we are informed. Being so stirred in pain and having to pace myself is difficult.
