"Treatment room is tiny"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / Clinical haematology

(as the patient),

Hi, I would like to say that my husband and I cannot fault the NHS.  I've had a lot of things go wrong with my body over the years from 2009 and have had some very dedicated surgeons, consultants, nurses and staff plus volunteers take care of me.

At this moment I'm being treated at the haematology clinic at Grantham hospital under Dr Didra - this marvellous man and his dedicated team, after seeing Dr Sidra I go to the day ward and have my chemotherapy treatment.

I would like to bring this to your attention, this is a very tiny room and has five chairs for treatment.  I feel so sorry for the two nurses, they do a fantastic job they have to work here five days a week sometimes, they don't have much room to work when it full with their trolleys and the drip trolleys, surely you could find a much larger room for them to work in, I'm sure they would look forward more each day coming to Grantham hospital.

And finally, I'm so pleased that I can see my consultant and have my treatment at Grantham hospital.  I don't want to lose this privilege.  Kind regards

P.S Please don't close our hospital.
