(as the patient),

Attending Minor Operations Department for Skin Biopsy, it was an excellent experience.

The appointment started at exactly the time scheduled. The nurses undertaking the the treatment made sure I understood what they were going to do, and kept me up to date with the progress of the treatment, and kept reassuring me during the procedure.

The nurses were David, Pamela, and Laura and they were excellent.

Thank you very much for taking the time to let us know how we got on, it is reassuring o hear you think well of us.


I am glad we were able to take you promptly, this doesn't always happen, although we try our best.

I hope everything is healing well and you didn't feel too uncomfortable after the anaesthetic wore off.
