"will adams ward"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

had a overnight stay on will adams ward which was not expected-was not offered any sort of sleep wear or even a blanket for the bed only had a sheet. I understand that nurses are under pressure but the way I heard some nurses speaking to patients was unreal - very rude and no understanding. also one patient was having trouble feeding them self but was ignored by all staff to the point that she asked for a top up of water which the member of staff still did not do and in the end I ended up filled the cup up and then helping the patient eat their food as no member of staff helped and I was a patient in the ward my self
