About: Aylestone Health Centre

My parents are patients of this surgery and they have become very frail and in need of care so I have taken over their appointment etc. I was overwhelmed by the greeting of the reception staff very warm and welcoming. Then I was greeted by the doctor who knew my parents by name and was so aware of their history and even shook their hand and asked them how they were. I honestly love our NHS but this surgery goes beyond the call of duty. I am so overwhelmed by the professionalism and care this surgery offers.

Majority of our staff from admin, nursing to GP are very familiar with the patients, and we aim to respond to their concerns efficiently. This relationship helps us to ensure the patients receive a timely safe efficient service.
