(as the patient),

I have recently been reviewed by Billy the Dermatology specialist nurse based at Dr Grays Hospital.   Having previously had a disappointing consultation with a different clinician I was quite nervous.   Billy was absolutely fantastic, he took the time to understand the impact of my condition for me and gave me a very comprehensive plan of treatment.   I am very grateful to have been referred to Billy, he is a real asset to NHSG.
