I have been visiting this car park since the 7th November with my husband needing A& E, then 10 days hospital stay, then continuing out patient treatment. The pay station is insufficiently lit so it is not possible to read the machines after dark, there are always confused upset people trying to pay but unsure how much. Tonight at 5. 30 pm most of the car park lights were off in the immediate vicinity were also Off. I accept the charges are what they are but surely on health and safety grounds the lighting and signage must be improved?
