The recovery college. Reclaim your life after abuse. 

This was a very helpful and empowering course. I thank the educators and trainer for all their support, time and empathy. 

High recommend that these courses continue to run as it will help many other women in the future. I do think it would be good if they offered therapy along side as well.

I am delighted it that you found helpful and empowering and that the facilitators were empathetic and supportive.

Maybe a self- referral to your local IAPT service could be considered as a means of accessing therapy.
