I came for a testicular scan at INTERGRATED CARE CENTRE Oldham I was kept waiting for over 35 mins and had been told to drink 3 litres of water without going to the toilet upon arrival was told they are having technical issues which is understandable but with a weak

Bladder not so easy to hold when I was finally called in the doctor and health care assistant not only were not bothered of my condition but also made me feel very uncomfortable speaking whispering amongst themselves they had no remorse or even the decency to apologise. They didn’t explain the procedure of what was happening I was told to lay on the couch and expose myself not giving me any privacy or indication to what was happening by the time they had finished chatting amongst themSelves whilst I lay exposed and feeling embarrassed with the whole situation I was unable to hold any longer when the doctor finally got to doing the scan I was told I hadn’t needed to drink that much water and Could go empty my bladder !!! I went to the toilet when I finally got back in the room they were both sniggering with one another. The lady with the nurses outfit had a phone out all the way through my scan I wonder was she taking pictures I felt humiliated I would never recommend my family or friends to use this company and will be changing my GP practice. Stay away from DMC ultrasound and INTERGRATED CARE CLINIC OLDHAM shame on the gps for using such a company with no patient care.
