About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I had a procedure yesterday at Hairmyres Day Surgery from arrival to going to theatre the process was very smooth. The Theatre staff fully explained everything to me in detail and I felt completely at ease. I didn't have a great time afterwards as a results of the anaesthetic /drugs. Staff both in recovery and the unit were extremely caring, had a lot of patience and nothing was a trouble.

Mr Eslami is fabulous you can tell he is passionate about his job and his patients. Despite the staff being very busy yesterday the level of care I received was outstanding.
