"A lack of care"

About: Ealing Community Partners - Community Psychological and Mental Health Services Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

I had my phone interview in October. Due to my self harming I was referred to  ealing primary care services while I am on the waiting list for CBT. I received the referral letter at the end of October. I still have not been contacted by the primary care services. I have notified the person I originally spoke to at IAPT and they me to contactthe primary care services..  I'm not sure how many depressed people who self harm you deal with but, in general, we find it pretty hard to self care, make phone calls or do much of normal life. So asking me to chase up this referral in itself is quite hard for me. On top of that, the referral letter gave no contact details for the service and if you google it at most I can find 'primary care services' in west london. I've tried all the mobile numbers and not got through. I have phoned iapt and they told me to phone the person I spoke to originally. I did and they have not answered. I phoned my doctor, they can't help. What is the freaking point in trying to get better and change when the people PAID to supply the support don't give it or send the sick person who at the moment only speaks to people at work when they have to, on a wild goose chase!

You have a link here to upload photos to 'tell my story' but don't worry, I won't be uploading pictures of the many self harm cuts I have endured while I have waited so flipping patiently for someone to help me.
