I have been struggling with an outer ear infection for 12 months as a last resort my doctor rang ward F4 to ask if they would see me. I got an appointment the next day which was excellent. I was seen on time had my ear cleaned out and given a prescription all in less than 45 minutes. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Fingers crossed that the infection will be cured and doesn't return.
