wellbeing? what wellbeing, self referred by on advice from gp. had phone interview.. useless procedure, do they really think a person is going to spill everything in a phone call tick box situation. sent names of councellors. none can see me. left floundering and no one cares quite frankly.......

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback and we are sorry to hear that you didn’t find your experience with the Wellbeing Service positive. The service predominantly offers initial assessments via telephone to ensure that it is able to offer support as quickly as possible to all that require it across Norfolk and Waveney. We are aware though that this option is not right for everyone and we are always able to offer face to face assessments when this is clinically required.
