"An excellent practice with excellent care "

I have had regular appointments with my doctor since April 2018 and I have always been listened to and given care and support when I have needed it. I have never been rushed even though the doctors are under pressure to complete the consultation within 10 minutes.

Patient access makes the appointment system easy and I am always able to make an appointment without too much of a wait. When requesting a telephone appointment at a certain time the phone call was prompt.

I joined the practice in 2018 after not belonging to a practice since I was a child, but I am so glad I did. I am very happy belonging to Chartfield. I would recommend the practice.
