A particular person at the reception has refused to register a pregnant woman who just moved into the area, because I had a mobile phone bill and NHS hospital appointment letter as my proof of address plus my valid photo ID. She said that does not follow nhs proof of address guidelines.
I rang her later and asked for her name, because I was going to take this further. Then she just put the phone down.
Disgusting and horrible service, full of attitude.
