"Serious lack of patient care"

I’ve been a patient at this practice for a long time and can say that the level of care provided is seriously declining. One GP does not bother even to see patients anymore and always on holiday. There is not a proper structure and management in the practice anymore. Staff turnover is very rapid and the reception team is ever changing. Something must be seriously wrong with the way things are run in this place. I am very sad that this practice is running itself to total failure at a fast pace.

Dear Patient

The Management of the practice wish to express their appreciation for sharing your views on the service we provide and we do not take the concerns raised lightly.

The practice is seriously reviewing its systems and operations to help maintain an efficient and effective service in the delivery of health and medical care to all its patients.

The Management of the Practice holds meetings with the Patient Participation Group (PPG) regularly to discuss matters of mutual concern in taking the practice forward. The practice is also in regular contact with the Chairman of the PPG who is kept up to date on developments at the practice.

Can we encourage you to join the PPG as the practice will like to receive constructive criticisms which does help to take stock of our performance and together, patients and the management can build a practice that will serve the needs of the patients within the community.

If it will help to note, that as much as the practice seeks to provide an efficient and effective health and medical care that meets the varying demand of patients, employees like in any other workplaces are entitled to holidays and they choose to have a break from work. This is very important to ensure that employees are refreshed from time to time.
