I hope you’re well,

I would like this opportunity to thank a staff nurse a on coronary care unit (CCU), who looked after my father in law in bed 1 side room, who took his time out to explain everything to us and a full plan. He works extremely hard and goes the extra mile for the patient under his care his competent skills are fantastic being in the healthcare sector myself working for the NHS, I was extremely pleased to see the care he as an individual provided for my father in law. I’m very grateful to him and BLACKBURN hospital to employ some one like him who has natural care towards his patients and family and has time to explain everything step by step. CCU are very lucky to have a nurse like him working for them who has ability and care to carry his work needs and a smile and welcoming gesture. I hope this message reaches to him and his entire team at CCU and to all the staff in the hospital who are able to prioritise their care and make some one feel better by even smiling at them with a warm welcome. I’m grateful to him for looking after my father in law in CCU. I wish him all the best with his career and carry on the fantastic care you give.
