Needed confirmation that a scheduled cancer operation would prevent me from voting. Emergency Proxy Form all completed but no signature without payment of an admin charge? As I did not wish to pay, the Doctor wrote on a post it note ‘he can go somewhere else’. This statement is longer than his signature. Appalling lack of compassion and don’t believe I should pay.
