"Urgent prescription not at pharmacy"

About: Priory Surgery

I requested a repeat prescription using Patient Access. Normally no problem but today no prescription was available at the pharmacy for collection. Patient Access shows this as approved but the pharmacy says it has not been sent through. There is a crypt message "please speak to GP before more jc." What does this mean?

I have been trying to arrange an appointment to discuss my blood pressure since August but I work in London, leaving at 7:00 and returning at 20:00 so the receptionist "you need to book on the day" means I can not arrange time off to attend the surgery in advance but also cannot dash back to High Wycombe for an appointment. I have been promised calls back to conduct an appointment by phone and almost four months later, no callback.

I now have the added stress of heading to Dublin on work for a week with a chance that I will run out of insulin whilst in Ireland. Not a happy prospect.

This is not helping my high blood pressure.
