"Appalling"

They lose your information constantly. I am under so many different professionals, all of which are able to communicate with each other accept for Lime Tree. I have spent the best part of a month chasing up information, and then having to take it up myself to hand deliver it to them just to get medication I was prescribed by a consultant over a month ago! So I’ve been without said medication for over a month because they cannot get themselves organised. I’m not sure where all my paperwork is going, but it is a concern.

They call you in for appointments, and then you arrive and they don’t even know what they called you for. Such a waste of time!
