"Disappointed"

About: Walm Lane Surgery

I have been going to this surgery for over 20 years but lately I am doubting the competence of certain members of staff (eg; being told that an important letter I wanted to hand in to a doctor was likely to get lost if I left it at the reception, referral not being done, phone call /text message not being returned after being reassured I would be contacted etc). I should only have to worry about my health not people doing their job properly.
