"Disappointed "

I regret moving from Norwood medical centre to risedale surgery, I only moved due to risedale being closer for me and son to access, how ever the receptionists have no customer service skills what so ever, I find them patronising and incredibly attitudinal. I was on hold for fifty minutes and only moved two places down in the que, for me to have to walk to the surgery to get seen too in which the receptionist snapped I was on hold for so long because they were busy, no understanding on my behalf what so ever , I have had to walk back and forth to the surgery with a painful uti to be seen too and I couldn’t get an appointment, the receptionist simply would not give me an appointment, I requested a phone call back to which two occasions I didn’t get one, resulting in further trips to the surgery, the receptionist need more adequate training on how to help people who are in vulnerable situations. I can’t really comment on the GPS them selves as your lucky if you get an approval from the child like receptionist.
