About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 12)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

Ward 12

Everyone is out to ensure that my care is good

It would help if there was another hand rail in the shower that was closer to the shower

Nancy the hostesses is Very good she will always try to get you something you like

My room is always clean and smells nice the cleaner is very thorough

I have needed extra blankets and I have been given them

The doctors have been excellent at explaining my care to myself and my family

The nurses are so kind

A and e staff were very good

Ambulance staff were excellent
