"Excellent service"

Dear Sir or Madam recently I was admitted to hospital on Tuesday 3rd December, it all started with 3 Paramedic arriving at my home where I was suffering from excruciating stomach pains and vomiting, they were so professional, immediately they found my blood pressure was extremely low, they then go me into the ambulance connected me to a drip then off to Blackburn General hospital at all time I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professional treatment, the nursing staff and doctors were also extremely polite and professional also the doctors and other nurses along with a physio who made sure I was fit enough to return home. I feel once again the NHS and our doctors and nurses in the health centres countrywide who do a great job.
