As a NHS patient I dont feel that i received fair treatment. To be fair the surgeon was fine. After having been to reception I was told to go and sit in a little cosy side corridor with 5 or 6 other bme people. There was a huge lovely open nearly empty waiting room nearby. The surgeons office was next to the waiting room..made me wonder...
