For the second time, having to chase to get prescriptions issued. Repeatedly chasing, only to get 'nothing I can do about it', from the receptionists, even after explaining the prescription is actually a life or death medication. Complete laxidasical approach to patients wellbeing. It's always a fight to get anything from this surgery; appointment, prescription, not even a place to complain on their website!!
