(as a service user),

I have just finished my 3rd year of Immunotherapy for my hay fever. Over the course of 6 weeks for the last 3 years, 

I have gone to Woodend Hospital ENT for an injection every Wednesday. After the injection we are monitored for an hour to check there’s no serious side effects. The nurses and staff have always been so lovely and friendly in ENT. I’m so grateful for this service as I have suffered terribly with my hay fever allergy since I was very young and I’m at the doctors every summer, but nothing has ever worked! The immunotherapy has been amazing and each summer my symptoms keep getting better.
