About: Woodend Hospital / Ear, nose, throat, head & neck surgery outpatients

(as the patient),

I have been coming here for Immunotherapy for 3 weeks now, and the service by the nurses here has been fantastic.

Lovely ladies, snacks and drinks provided and ladies always helpful and kind. Wonderful experience.

Many thanks, Real for sharing your story on Care Opinion. It is great for people to know that there is help out there for hay fever and allergy sufferers. It sound like we are delivering a friendly and person-centred service which is exactly as we would want it to be.
