About: Good Hope Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I went to my GP as I have a lump in my neck after having bloods they sent a referral to Good Hope with the 2 week wait for a scan and now after waiting a week and not hearing anything I phoned am told my appointment is in January a whole 8 weeks away as said its been down graded. How can they down grade it when I have not been seen. I'm now worried even more and I say that then they must be saying its 100% not cancer then, as if I wait that long and it comes back serious I will be taking this further!
