"Worrying that the NHS is so disorganised"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

My Elderly Father was recently taken via ambulance (paramedics who were excellent) to hospital after a fall. Worrying to have an infection and struggling to walk he was admitted to a ward. General feedback via friends and relatives is that there is a real lack of true concern and compassion and "love" of job. Staff give the impression of not actually enjoying what they do. The pace is slow and lacking. My Father worked in hospitals when they were proactive and sterile. The whole ambience via staff appears to be "Don't ask me questions" "just appreciate you have got a bed"..My elderly Father did not pay National Insurance for this service. Poor if I may say so. Maybe Privatisation is something that should be on the table...
