"Giving blood"

About: General practices in Lanarkshire

(as a service user),

I again had to visit the phlebotomy department at the Health Centre Coatbridge. This time I didn't catch the ladies name who was in the 1st room, but she also made me feel relaxed I mentioned my previous response. She asked if I wanted some water if so she would let the water run until it was colder I thanked her but said no thanks this time I had already filled up my water bottle at the Buchanan Centre. She also asked if I needed help to get up and she opened the door for me.

Mrs Volvo

Thanks again for your kind comments around your experience within the phlebotomy service in Coatbridge. I will ensure the staff are aware of this and continue to give great care. We have reviewed your previous comments and your success on your latest visit and we have ensured that each room has a supply of cups for staff to offer water to patients.

Hope this is helpful and any future visits are as positive as you have had.

Michelle
