The appointment system is broken, no online appointments for months, no answering the phone for over 15 mins.
Constantly changing doctors very rare to see the same one twice have to repeat the story over and over again each time.
Very low confidence in doctors diagnosis, recent experience of an on going problem for 8 months, I had to push very hard to actually get tests to see what the actual problem is, incompetent initial doctors sending away for 6 weeks are a time just trying things that have no effect. Still no closer to find out out the problem.
Test thoroughly, diagnose accurately, and if you dont know then refer to specialist simple.
Looking to move away as soon as we can to another surgery.
