I arrived agitated because I had struggled to find the clinic in my anxiety, had punctured a Tyre by hitting the kerb. Your receptionist calmed me and helped me park safely then while a kind patient changed my car wheel. The receptionist kept checking we were ok outside, and brought us tea as it was cold.

Then the physiotherapist came outside to fetch me, and also calmed me.

She took me into the consulting area and gently talked me through my hand injury problem thus taking immense care made me a splint for it and helped me to make another appointment to be checked by the other physiotherapist.

I was treated so kindly and gently throughout.
