"Unprofessional and rude"

My appointment was cancelled without reason so it was later booked for 10th December 2019. I requested to book early and asked what was the reason but the receptionist said she can’t change the appointment to earliest and reason for cancellation was not given as well. However, my appointment was booked on 2nd November without notice but I had to travel Wales so I had to rebook. The receptionist told me that 3rd December 2019 was the only choice. I requested really nicely if I could have early or later date because I am getting married on that week. But the receptionist talked to me in loud voice and literally forced me to attend 3rd of december 2019 or else she had to discharge me. She did not listen to me as she overtook the conversation without acknowledging my reason. She can’t do whatever she likes. In fact, St Luke can’t cancel and rebook my appointments without late notice and force me to attend whenever they want. The receptionist at Facial and Maxillo Department need to lower her voice down. She can’t just shout at me as if I’m a child. I’m an adult and in fact, no human being should be treated like that. I’m being pushed here and there for appointments, plus the way receptionist spoke to me was not acceptable.
