About: Milton Keynes Hospital

I visited the sexual health clinic to remove a contraceptive implant. From the reception to the treatment room, the staff were so friendly yet very professional. Patients were allocated numbers with which they were discreetly called in to see the healthcare practitioner. I was made to feel at ease, with every step of the procedure explained to me. The HCA that attended to me actually made me feel human and not just another nhs number. Well done to the entire staff! Please keep it up!
